    Fought for the largest income tax cut in Ohio history by providing a 21 percent across the board reduction, to help families keep more of what they earn
  • Free E-check
    Sponsored legislation that provided for Free E-check in Cuyahoga County
  • Fighting for jobs
    Sponsor of H.B. 1 in 125th GA, established the Research and Developmental Loan Fund Program, which called for investing billions of dollars in Ohio Companies and creating new jobs
  • Making Education a Priority
    Brought millions of additional dollars in state aid to our local schools. Keep working to fix the school funding formula.
  • Railroad Quiet Zone
    Led the fight to make railroad companies abide by quite zones in the district (Olmsted falls and Berea) via HB 247 of the 125th GA

    Strengthened the penalties for those guilty of theft and he increased public notification of the whereabouts of sex offenders

    Sponsored the bill to place a freeze on the property taxes of those 65 and older
